You cannot increase the amount of storage on an iPod.


If you are referring to iCloud, there is a link in the article that you came here from that takes you to the following page: Upgrade to iCloud+ - Apple Support. That page refers to both starting to use iCloud and to in increasing the amount of storage you have in iCloud.
