Opacity / fade error with text over stabilized video clip

I get very annoying errors while trying to put a simple text over a stabilized image and both should fade in or out. FCP suddenly puts the opacity of either the text or the clip to zero and cuts out the clips randomly. Seems it can't handle two transitions at the same time and renders nonsense in terms of opacity. Any workaround on this bug? iMac 2019 i9 on Ventura 13.1. / FCP-X 10.6.5.

Which title is this? It does not seem to be a Basic Title - I see "Eigene" in there.

It looks as this title includes some build-in and build-out animations, and that is why you are seeing appear and disappear.

Your Eigene is NOT the same as a Basic Title, and that probably is related to the problem.

Basic Title does not have any published parameters, but yours does... a lot:

Anyway, even by replacing yours with a Basic Title, the problem with the Dissolve is not completely solved.

HOWEVER, if you just remove the Cross Dissolve, and INSTEAD you adjust the Opacity handles, it works fine.

Notice how the title is faded but the background clip is in full opacity:

Not using any opacity controls, just regular dissolves. Sorry cannot post an XML right now. Try it out. Just use a stabilized video clip, put a text above it and fade them out slightly overlapping, like video first or text first, but dissolves happening at the same time. Then fiddle around with the length of the clips (trimming back and forwards), I was trying to get the transition in time to a certain music. After altering the length of the clips I got these opacity errors. Like text cuts out opacity like done with a cut and then cuts in again, while there where no cuts in the text or video clips and they just should be 100% visible.

Ok, I deleted the render files and with un-rendered clips the failures remains exactly the same. FCP then started automatically to render again and I again I got the same output. Then I exported an XML and re-imported it. After that the title at least didn't cut out, but while the fade at the end the video layer below still cuts out. In case I remove the dissolve, the video layer stays visible and as soon as I add a dissolve again it behaved the same as before. No video while the transition lasts. Weird error.
