Hello all
my 12 pro max iphone felt down and screen crashed
the touch screen entered passcode many times by it self so when i changed the screen i found my phone unavailable
i have too many data thats not backed up
what i have to do so i open the phone and not to loose the data

Once your phone becomes unavailable, your data is gone. You can restore your data from a backup once you have reset your phone.

Get it fixed by Apple Support or a third party. Once the screen is fixed you should be able to access your data (and back it up in case this happens again). This is unlikely to be cheap so if you would rather get a new phone it may be possible to pull the data across at Apple Support/third party vendor.
