Pop ups on safari

I’m having pop ups like crazy. Mostly saying there’s a problem with Mac. I just keep closing them (haven’t clicked on anything). I’ve cleared everything I know to clear. Still having issue

Have you checked your settings under Safari -> Websites -> Pop-up Windows to see if you have Pop-ups turned off?
