Pairing with Apple Watch Issue

I didn't unpair my apple watch from my old iphone before I try to pair with my new iphone. Now both my old and new iphone are not able to unpair or pair with my apple watch. How can I resolve this?

Bring your iPhone near your Apple Watch, wait for the Apple Watch pairing screen to appear on your iPhone, then tap Continue. Or open the Apple Watchapp on your iPhone, then tap Pair New Watch. When prompted, position your iPhone so that your Apple Watch appears in the viewfinder in the Apple Watch app.
