Forgot my iPad password
When I try to install iTunes on my Lenovo, I get this warning: iTunes could cause damage to your system. How do I attempt to restore my iPad if I can’t download iTunes to my laptop?

windows 10 and 11 have itunes in their app store I doubt such a warning would show up if you get it from there
otherwise you may want to look into disabling the UAC How User Account Control works (Windows) | Microsoft Learn
