I have an app that will not let me cancel it and Apple keeps trying to charge me 30 **** dollars for it. I don’t want the stupid app I haven’t used it I don’t wanna use it and I’m not gonna pay for it but it won’t let me cancel and I can’t purchase anything else or even download anything for free why can’t I get rid of this app?

I did all that I’ve been in contact with customer service. They told me I have to pay it in order for me to continue even getting a free app. It says the subscription is pending. What the **** does that mean? I’m not paying for an app I don’t want and I don’t use this is crazy. I don’t understand what’s going on.
If payment for an item is pending you have to wait for it to be charged, then request a refund.
