print return label

I'm trading in an old iphone but the return label was damaged when I peeled off the label as instructed. How do I print a new one?

Hello flip72,

Did you do the trade in through the Apple Trade In program, or was it done through another trade in service, like one from your wireless carrier?

If it was done through Apple, then you would need to contact their sales support to get another return label sent. You can connect with them here: Apple Online Store, just select the "Ask A Specialist" option at the top of the page to access their contact options.

If you did the trade in somewhere else, like through your wireless carrier, then you would contact them to get another return label sent.
