I ask for your help! I wanted to sell my phone. I was scammed by scammers. in our correspondence, they asked me to log out of my icloud and go into theirs. I'm stupid. I did so. after that they changed their password. asking money for it. they still write and ask for the ransom of the password.

I sent you all the photos. check, repair guarantee, box. correspondence and videos that I managed to save while talking with scammers

I am from Kazakhstan, from Astana. please help

Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. Do this online at: Activation Lock support request - https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support Apple says, "Proof of ownership documentation is required," but does not state what currently constitutes proof. Prior to this new online service Apple typically required the original receipt issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller and documented provenance (so typically it would be the original owner who does this, or a descendant with legal proof of ownership).
