How do I recover my Gmail account. My wife and I share an account and her iPhone was updated to be able to fully participate in zoom meetings. Since that time, I cannot access my gmail.

Gmail (Google) and Apple are 2 different companies also separate from Zoom.
Updating your wife's iPhone should not have affected your Gmail account at all and would not be an Apple issue.
When having issues with Gmail, it's best to contact Google Support for help. https://support.google.com/mail/?hl=en#topic=7065107
If you share a Gmail account, she may have changed her password, or updated security for it. You would need to ask what she did, and then ask Google how to fix it or how you can log in now to the shared account.
