How to find and delete devices on my account
Recently devices have been showing up on my account that I haven’t purchased. How do I find and delete all that aren’t mine?

If that’s true you should immediately change your password and remove them in Settings. To remove than tap on your Apple ID and they will be on the bottom. Tap on them and click the button - Remove From Account. To change the password go again to your Apple ID > Password & Security and here tap on Change Password.
