Denied Access to icloud data

I have advanced data protection on and through yesterday have had no issues logging into icloud and accessing everything using my pc laptop (windows update is current). I tried today and as usual was prompted on my iphone 12 mini (ios 16.3.1) to allow access when I went to drive, photos, etc. I hit "allow access" on the prompt. Unfortunately, icloud spins for a moment and then returns with this error: "Can’t Display Your Files and Documents

Your device hasn’t given access to display your files and documents. Check that it is on and connected to the internet."

Any ideas? Thanks.

Tried again, did not initially work for me. From icloud.com in Safari on Mac Ventura 13.2.1, logged out and back in again. Pages, Notes, Numbers, Keynote, Drive all work. Those items not part of advanced data protection all work. Reminders and Photos did not work. Got:

Your device is giving iCloud.com temporary access to display your reminders.

.... wait .. wait .. then:

Can’t Display Your Reminders

Your device hasn’t given access to display your reminders. Check that it is on and connected to the internet.

Try Again

Let's hope they are still working on it and finalizing whatever they are doing.
