Not receiving text notifications after changing date/time settings

I’ve seen this question before but the answer didn’t help.

After turning my date and time from automatic to off to back to automatic, I am not receiving alerts for texts.

I have tried fiddling with DND..

Network Reset

All notification options in settings

Deleting contacts and conversations

Quitting the app

Updating my phone

turning phone on and off again.

please help !
