iPhone is not charging properly, and sometimes need to adjust the different angle.

It sounds like a hardware problem if you need to adjust the cable to get charging. The fault could be in the cable or your iPhone. I suggest you test first with a different Lightning cable, because that is easier and cheaper to replace. If the problem persists with a new cable your iPhone may need repair, contact Apple Support to arrange. https://getsupport.Apple.com/
