im getting the message "this apple id has not been used in the itunes store" and i cant acces settings due to not having another apple preduct besides my apple tv, all this stems from me not being able to download apps due to me "not having an itunes store account". i only have my pc and my apple tv.

the bottom link only allowed me to fill in a payment method using apple music. Upon filling everything I could, i was met with yet another error message, this one being a line of red text at the top of the page reading "for assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/itunes/ww/." as for the appleid.apple.com link; i ALREADY HAVE my visa attached.
