i bought iphone 14 pro max in October (October - February) and the health of battery is already 96% with a normal use. Is this normal?

Yes that is normal. On average, the battery health will decline about 10% each year. In about two years' time, the battery health will reach 80% and you should then consider replacing the battery (according to apple).
