I have my Apple ID and the password but I don’t have access to the phone number that I creat the Apple ID with. I had to make a new Apple ID with new phone number to operate my phone. Would you please help me to recover my data from the previous Apple ID(photo, contact numbers etc.)?

You will need access to the old account before you can even start trying to transfer data (which is not easy so you are better off just getting the old account working again).
If you find you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery ( How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support ) to regain access to your account. Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity.
