Our remote (latest one) seems to need charging every other day. I leave it plugged in via the latest rapid charge cable overnight and yet 2 days later I get a message saying low battery. Is this a defective remote? We watch TV most nights for about 3-4 hours, none during the day.
The battery in the Siri Remote should last months without recharging.

I charged the remote with the quick charge cable and wall plug overnight. It is 100% charged per Settings on Apple TV. I believe I have a defective remote.
