Rosetta 2 On Mac Mini M2

Has anyone seen the following error when trying to install Rosetta 2 on MacOS 13.2.1 (22D68).

➜  ~ softwareupdate --install-rosetta
I have read and agree to the terms of the software license agreement. A list of Apple SLAs may be found here: Legal - Software License Agreements - Apple
Type A and press return to agree: A

Install of Rosetta 2 finished successfully


If anyone has a method to confirm if Rosetta was installed correctly or how to get around this error it would be appreciated.

Check System Information by running the app from the Utilities folder or hold the option key while selecting About This Mac from the Apple Menu. RosettaUpdateAuto should be listed in Installations.
