i am unable to download anything on the appstore on my iphone, i click on the download button, the little great cirlce starts spinning but nothing happens afterward, also i am unable to acess the account section, it just shows a loading screen but never loads, i am using an iphone 12 and i am on ios 16.3.1

Check the network connection, start here:
You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
