How can I talk with technical support

I forget my passcode - it is very easy when you use face id! And I don't have any data for recovery because I reset my macbook to factory settings. And there is no any data recovery! I have an access to my apple id - but I cant reset my passcode without hard reset my phone with loosing all data! my 20000 photos! How come resetting the password on an iPhone with access to Apple ID does not allow data recovery?

For example, a person forgot their device passcode, but has access to their Apple ID! The person simply forgot the device passcode! It turned out that there are no saved backups! Storing 500 GB in the cloud is expensive! And now the is person losing all their data? Why there is no allow the person to restore access to the device through their Apple ID after confirming their identity, as before?

With that said, the iPhone passcode cannot be reset. If you forgot it, you will need to restore your iPhone to factory settings to remove it.

Your iPhone should be automatically backing up to iCloud when the iPhone is connected to power, and wi-fi and the screen is locked for an extended period of time, like overnight, unless you turned the option off manually. In which case, your photos should be backed up to iCloud and should be able to be recovered when the iPhone is being set up again by restoring the existing backup.

Or if using iCloud Photos, the photos should be synced to iCloud and can be accessed from iCloud.com and synced back to the iPhone once it's set up again.

If neither option above is the case for you, then your photos are already gone. There is no way to get to them without your iPhone passcode.

You should never rely on the iPhone as the sole location for your important photos. always have a backup. transfer them to a computer to have a copy safe somewhere other than your iPhone.

This is social responsibility! When a person is protected! But not from themselves! It's 5 years of lost memories! If they are stored on the phone's hard drive - they cannot be completely lost!

Earlier it was possible to restore access through the ID - why was it removed? I thought an iPhone with 1 terabyte of memory is the safest place to store all my photos! I am ready to send iPhone to the USA to your specialists! just pull out my photos from phone and put them into the my icloud account! I'm ready to buy a place there! you can keep this iPhone for yourself! 13 PRO max with 1 TB.

You should understand that because of Face ID, people forget their passcodes! Sometimes there is no backup! You need to coordinate access to files with the device owner! Through any personal identifiers!

Apple has never allowed using your Apple ID to reset a forgotten device passcode. Apple and any tech company stresses over and over to make backups and not rely only on one source to save content you find valuable. No one, not even Apple can do data recovery on iOS devices that cannot be turned on or unlocked. The passcode is your personal decision and info, Apple cannot access it, change it or bypass it, the passcode is a security feature.

While we (us other users answering you thru this Apple forum) all empathize with your situation and know it's unfortunate, you are also the one that is solely at fault.
