Internet Recovery Loop

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help. My MacBook Pro 2019 is stuck in internet recovery mode. It won’t accept any commands on start up, I’ve tried NVRAM, SMC, Cmd R for regular recovery, shift for safe mode, D for diagnostics. None of them are working. It runs through internet recovery in a few minutes then goes to a black screen, the fans go on full for 1 second then reboots to internet recovery again and repeats. Any ideas?

Do you have access to another Mac? If so, you can try and make a bootable macOS installer on that one, and boot from the stick on your broken Mac (holding option at boot) See this on how to make a macOS boot stick
