How to update my AirPod pros

I don’t know how to update my AirPods and there version 4E71 and I don’t know what I have to do in order to update

AirPods (3rd generation)

Howdy! Make sure they're plugged in to charge (Ideally charged to 100%). Then leave them near your iPhone for a while (perhaps about 15 minutes).


There is no way to manually initiate Airpods Firmware Updates, as they happen automatically. So you've just got to give it ideal conditions and wait for it to happen.
