Photo access permission

Why can’t I access photos on any apps and when I go onto settings photo access permission dosent Come up

Open Settings ➡️ Privacy & Security ➡️ Photos: Here, you will see all the apps that requested access to your photos and the related permissions. You can change the permissions as well.
