You will need a computer to restore your iPhone as shown on the iPhone’s screen. You will need either a Mac or a Windows PC with the latest version of iTunes installed. Since you do not have a computer, you can either borrow one from a friend or a family member OR try visiting the Apple Store to see whether they can help you out.
