Apple Music was incorrectly subscribed in my account

I didn't order Apple Music, i brough a new car in February and i think apple music was add by the tech who was helping my wife lean about her new car.

On a Mac:

Open the Mac App Store
Click your name. If you can't find it, sign in first.
Click Account Settings
Scroll to Subscriptions and hit "Manage"
Next to the subscriptions click Edit.
Click "Cancel". If not Cancel is available, it has already been Canceled.

On a iPhone:

Go to Settings > your name on top > Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription, then Cancel.
