No caller ID after iOS 16.3.1 update

You might want to try going to Settings > General > About

Then find the carrier settings update details and click on "Update" .. follow any onscreen details to finish the update.

Restart the iPhone so the new settings come into effect. Restart your iPhone

Check to see if Caller ID is now working.

Other things to check:

Check If Show My Caller ID Is Disabled

Settings > Phone > Show my Caller ID (ie: turn on if off)

Settings > General > "Date & Time".

Check the "Set Automatically" option is enabled.(ie:date /time for your location)

Seems this is likely a carrier issue: so you might want to try contacting your carrier,

Same here. It started for me on March 25th. It isn’t a carrier issue. It’s an update issue. I called my other iPhone that wasn’t updated and it was fine. Then I did the update and now it is no caller id and they are different carriers.

I have the same exact problem after the 16.3.1 update. Not a carrier issue. They are as confused as I am.

What carrier do you have?

None of the things you are suggesting is the issue. I checked all of that prior to posting. This didn’t happen until my phone updated to 16.3.1. There needs to be a level of accountability and a fix needs to be provided.
