Hello
I’m living in the Netherlands and this is my region in the settings. I’m from Poland and I set up my iPhone to polish language, but still my App Store or other apple apps are in Dutch. Is it possible to change this without changing my region? Thanks for the answer

Unfortunately it didn’t help. This setting you wanted me to change is already set up to polish language. I also did try to change it for English but nothing works and everything in App Store is still in Dutch.

Please try: Settings > App Store > Language. Then pick Polish (Polski) from the options.
