Apple TV model a1625 seems to shut down after around 10 minutes and cannot get the audio to work
First the unit shuts down after 5-15 minutes
second. The audio will not work. Tv settings are good

Apple TV can shut down by itself when idle (not streaming), according to its settings for that. If it shuts down sooner than this setting, then the cause is elsewhere (external, or something’s broken). Set a delay - Sleep or wake Apple TV - Apple Support
For audio, there are some dependancies on the rest of your setup. What is your audio setup? Do you use the TV’s built-in speakers, or something else?
Apple TV can be set to Stereo for use with a two speaker system.
Apple TV can be set to Dolby Digital 5.1 for systems that can process DD 5.1, but can’t process PCM Multichannel.
Apple TV can be set to ‘Auto’ (best quality), which will be PCM Multichannel (up to 7.1), if your audio system can handle that.
Apple TV can be set to force output 16 bit audio for compatibility reasons, as a few select sources may have e.g. 24 bit audio. (The audio of a video stream will almost always be 16 bit anyway, so this is more about music and specially crafted media).
