Changing the font and color on time on home screen

Fixing the time font on the Home Screen. Where is it?

I have worked with people who have visual impairments in the past. The current font for the time on the Home Screen is not user friendly for people with visual impairments. I personally do not like the fat font and the inability to choose an appropriate color for my needs. I prefer yellow as it has more contrast. For people with visual impairments this must be very difficult. I might even hazard to say that it infringes on accessibility for seniors and persons with visual impairments and may be an ADA issue.
