Issue #1 (wrong work address): I suggest that you notify it to Apple directly, using this form (iOS Maps):--> Feedback - Maps for iOS and iPadOS - Apple , or this one (macOS Maps):--> Feedback - Maps for OS X - Apple

Issue #2 (delete work address pin/card): if you can't do that, contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service

There are a few steps you can take to try and resolve this issue with Apple Maps on your iPhone and Mac:

1. Try resetting location and privacy settings: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy. This will reset all location and privacy settings to their defaults.
2. Check your contact card: Make sure that your work address is correct on your own contact card in the Contacts app. If it is not correct, edit your contact card to update the address.
3. Remove the incorrect work address from your favorites: Open the Maps app, go to the Favorites tab, find the incorrect work address, swipe left on it and tap "Delete."
4. Clear Maps history: Open the Maps app, tap on the search bar, scroll down and tap "Clear All" under "Recents" and "Favorites."
5. Sign out of iCloud and sign back in: Go to Settings > [your name] > Sign Out. Sign back in using your Apple ID.

If none of these steps work, you may want to try contacting Apple support for further assistance.
