Classical doesn’t work for family members?
Apple Music Classical just says ”subscribe to listen” and when I click it says ”already subscribed” but doesn’t work. Any ideas?
thanks!

Why is there a separate app for classical music?
Classical music is different. It has longer and more detailed titles, multiple artists for each work, and hundreds of recordings of well-known pieces. The Apple Music Classical app is designed to support the complex data structure of classical music.
If I have an Apple Music family subscription, can my family access Apple Music Classical?
Your family can access Apple Music Classical as part of your Apple Music family subscription. Your family members need an iPhone that has the Apple Music app installed. And they also need to be signed in to Apple Music with the Apple ID they use with your family subscription.
Kind regards.

This is the reason:
While it's true that the App Store says "4+ Years Old," the FAQ section of the Apple Music Classical support page says, "Apple Music Classical isn’t currently available for children under the age of 13."
I had the same issue but got it fixed by signing out my son’s account in Music App, and logging back in with mine (account organizer).
Have you tried signing out of the Music App, and logging back with the account of the family member organizer?
Hi jani247,
Yes, the App Store for Apple Musical Classical shows you need iOS 15.4 or later, so your iPhone SE is good with iOS 15.7.4.
Since this is a new app, we'd advise to contact Apple Support for help with this issue.
Take care!
Thanks!
yes, I have checked all of that, but no luck.
The phone is older iPhone SE running the latest 15.7.4 iOS, so that should be ok for Classical, right?
And of course Apple Music works like a charm, which to me makes this a bit weird.
Hope this can be solved :)
Same here. Buttons not working after updating to .4 version. Before that it worked. All buttons can be pushed but don’t do anything.
IOS 16.4 & iPhone SE2 and it does not work. Just as described ivanvanbeek, buttons look like click, but nothing happens.
the same. Buttons do anything on last version (16.4.1)
Yep. All the tricks. Also with a newer phone with all the latest updates. Might be that we just need to wait for Apple to fix the issue in the next update.
Why should it do that? the app has to work equally well with any family member, that's why you pay for it, isn't it? I hope Apple fix it
Any reason why Classical has age limit 13?
