Classical doesn’t work for family members?

Apple Music Classical just says ”subscribe to listen” and when I click it says ”already subscribed” but doesn’t work. Any ideas?

How to get the Apple Music Classical app on your iPhone
* You need an individual, student, or family subscription to Apple Music. Apple Music Classical isn't included with a Voice subscription.
* Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS
* Make sure that the Apple Music app is installed on your iPhone and signed in with the same Apple ID that you use with your Apple Music subscription. 
* Go to the App Store to download the Apple Music Classical app on your iPhone.
