Solid white light on Apple Watch
Twice this morning my Apple Watch started showing a white light without any prompts. Just got it less than 6 months ago! What does this mean?

Perhaps you inadvertently activated the Flashlight feature in the Control Center as explained in Use Control Center on Apple Watch, "Use the flashlight on Apple Watch"
