I am using an iPhone 13 pro max and the screen just went white. I can hear it ringing and sometimes even respond to calls when I swipe my hand on the screes. However, the screen remains white. I have tried to do a hard restart, reset and tried to restore through iTunes but none of above worked. Phone is not under Apple care warranty.
Screen, other internal component failure? but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
