Not clear if the wifi option is not showing up or you don't have wifi to connect to. Not sure if you are talking about wifi password or computer password. Here is a solution that has helped in cases where the wifi icon did not show up on the Activate Mac screen.

Try rebooting in Safe Mode.

For Intel Mac: Immediately press Shift key when restarting and hold until restarted.

For Silicon Mac: Hold power button until Loading Startup Option appears, then select a Volume. Press and hold the Shift key then click Continue in Safe Mode.

The wifi option should now appear letting you select the network. You will need a wifi connection to continue.
