I tried to reinstall from OS X utility and getting no where. Do you have suggestion?

Failed on utility to reinstall OS X. Any suggestion?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

Hi Keisha_Keisha,

I tried twice to install and not getting anywhere. I took it to the Paymore store and sold it last week. The store told me because I used wifi so the installation not successful.
