Refund was sent to the wrong card

Is there a way I can ask for another refund I asked for a refund for an item and before they refunded it I activated my cash app card because it came in which changed my card number and I didn't get the refund

After you request a refund you'll receive a status update by email within 48 hours. If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item.
