Could someone can pass me the plist archive "com.apple.wifi.message-tracer.plist "? I can't connect to my wifi and it dissapear the wifi icon on my mac

So my wifi icon disappear and I can’t connect in my mac.. I check on System Preferences/ Network and it doesn't show me the wifi, so I got wrong deleting this plist file:

-com.apple.wifi.message-tracer.plist

So, I can't have wifi and I need to have only this file, I have Catalina OS as operative system and I've a Macbook Pro 2012 13'' A7812 model. Can anyone can pass these plist file?

My error was that I delete it this file and my WiFi icon gone...

I tried everything...
