Can I use Spotify without my phone on my Apple Watch Series 3 gps?

To use Spotify on your Apple Watch, you need to be a Spotify Premium user and have an Apple Watch Series 3 or later, with watchOS 6.0+ along with a cellular connection or Wi-Fi. You can then install the Spotify app and launch it to listen directly from your wrist or download playlists, albums and podcasts for offline playback.
If you want to stream music from Spotify on your watch, without your iPhone nearby, you'd HAVE to be connected to Wifi, which means you need to be on a Wifi network your watch has already known and connected to in the past.
It won't be super easy, but it can be done.
