Apple watch SE 2nd gen. Blood Oxygen app

I just got and Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen. It does not have Blood Oxygen App even though the literature says it supports that feature I cannot download the App

So, does this watch supports Blood Oxygen or not?

The Apple App Store says SE does not have the necessary sensor.

The literature does NOT suggest Apple Watch SE supports Blood Oxygen. And it doesn't.

See the comparison of models from Apple, which clearly shows Apple Watch SE does not --> Apple Watch - Compare Models - Apple

If being able to take Blood Oxygen was an important feature, you bought the wrong watch. You do have 14 days from date of original purchase to return the watch for full refund (the watch, band and all accessories need to be returned in the original packaging) then you can buy a Series 8, which is the watch Apple sells which will track Blood Oxygen.
