iPhone won’t print in colour any more

Hi, I’ve seen lots of questions on this but none of the fixes seem to work. My OS is up to date but there is simply no option anymore to print in colour from my iPhone. Can anyone help?

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 16

I would try this workaround:

Turn off all your devices, printer included.
Restart your modem router, waiting for its complete autoconfiguration (it might take some minutes)
Restart your printer, making sure it is connected to your wifi network
Restart other devices, and test them.

If the issue persists, I'd contact your printer manufacturer support team and check with them firmware and configuration of your specific model.

I don't think so.

On my iPhone, running iOS 16.4.1, everything is okay with my old Epson printer, and I can choose whether to print in color or b/w.

This is a HP printer and I used to have those options too but not any more. They’re simply not there.

Thanks. I’ve done all that again and still no joy. Even in air print there are no colour options. Many other people appear to be having the same issue so is it a OS issue?
