Cannot view full window

I got an error message in regards to not being about to send an email to the following people. It lists all the emails and then at the very bottom asks if I’d like to “try again” or “cancel” the message.

However, the window does not allow me to scroll down to the bottom and the window is too long to try and move up to the top without it going into “view all windows” screen. How can I fix this?

It won’t let me force quit mail and because of this, I’m also unable to restart my Mac.

Hi TexasKait,

To clarify, is the entire computer non-responsive? If not, you should be able to force Mail to quit regardless of what the app is doing via the Apple in the menu bar then Force Quit.

If you're unable to bring up that menu, try holding down the command-option-escape keys at the same time to bring the window up. Should all else fail, you can force a restart by holding down the power button for up to 10 seconds or until the display goes black.

After that, open Mail back up and try to replicate the issue, let us know the results from there.

Cheers!

There is no force quit option on the on the dock. I restarted my computer manually and when I re-opened mail, the same error message popped up. Again, not letting me scroll to the option to close out this window permanently.

I’m able to minimize it but not able to cancel the sending of the email. This is the error message. It extends past the point of view to access the buttons at the bottom. The only way I’m able to view this is but entering the “all windows” screen But as soon as I click the window, the bottom half of that message is not visible. I’ve even tried zooming out as far as I could but still no luck.
