Seems to a commonly reported problem for the 2019 models. The only other thing to try besides a clean install is to try a firmware "Restore" which resets the T2 security chip, firmware, and will destroy all data on the internal SSD. If the "Restore" does not push a clean OS onto the internal SSD, then you will need to reinstall macOS from Internet Recovery Mode. The "Restore" process unfortunately requires access to another Mac running macOS 12.4+ last time I checked (Apple keeps upping the OS requirement of the host Mac needed for the Restore process).

Otherwise, you will need to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop to provide you with a repair estimate to replace the Logic Board.
