iCloud+ family sharing with only one member

Hello,

i would like to ask, if I have family sharing iCloud+ drive, how can i choose family members who i want to share iCloud+ storage with?

You can't; if someone in the group is paying for their own plan, they'll only be switched over if they choose to.
