If I haven't logged into the cloud on my macbook how do i replair the mac

I need to get a macbook air repaired however it isn't listed as one of my macbooks when I log into my apple id. I might have not logged into the cloud or it may have been blocked due to it being inactive. How do I get that macbook repaired?
