How do you recover your iCloud files you accidentally deleted via your phone? Which deleted all my files off my laptop.

If you need to access an iCloud Drive file that you deleted within the last 30 days, you can get it back from the Recently Deleted folder in the Files app, or on iCloud.com. After 30 days, your files are removed from Recently Deleted. See the section on "Recover deleted files" in the document 'Access and manage files in your iCloud Drive'
