If you have delete the old one, it is no longer valid, it simply no longer exists and it no longer works.

Creating a new Apple ID is usually the wrong approach. Not always. But usually.


Existing purchases and subscriptions cannot be transferred.


With some effort, user contents can be transferred.


If this is involving Activation Lock, creating a new Apple ID will not release that lock.


The existing Apple ID must release Activation Lock, or convincing proof of ownership presented to Apple.
