I’m new to iPhone. Managed to transfer the internal data from my old Samsung ok, but now I want to transfer images from my PC to the iPhone. I downloaded iTunes as this is apparently required, but whilst I can transfer from the iPhone to the PC, I cannot see how/where to do the reverse. Can anyone help here please? Thanks. Matt

I have exact problem, transferred my photos from Samsung phone to pc (Move to iOS didn't work). The support article doesn't help. When I select my photos and then click sync, there are no files or albums that pop up to choose from. There is a quick message on the top where the Apple icon is that says something about connecting to my iPhone and syncing data. I have 80 GB of photos I want to put on my phone, so some messages about syncing that takes less than 5 seconds is unlikely to be talking about what I want. I have six test pics on my phone, so it's probably talking about that.
Please someone any advise? Thanks
