Lost new unopened iphone

I lost my brand new unopened iphone SE. How can I block that phone now? It was purchased with my card and address details. I have the imei number of the phone with me.

iPhone SE (3rd generation)

However, I would contact any cellular carrier, perhaps personally visiting one of their shops, and explaining the problem to a chief technician, I would ask them to enter that IMEI as blacklisted (better to have the device receipt/invoice with you).
